Destined to Win is a place where leaders are eager to experience more of God and encourage others in their walk with him..

Our aim is to create time and space for people to meet with God in ways that will impact them forever. We look forward to seeing the starting of new ministries, the rescuing of people who have been disconnected from their calling, productive relationships that inspire people to serve God and people finding spiritual guidance: in short, Christians becoming all they are called to be.

Many of us have been in leadership positions in churches and other ministry positions for years. Some of us are starting out in ministry or have recently heard God’s call in our lives. Others might know their calling but have been negotiating life’s pressures or been in a time of transition in their ministry. We are all deeply serious about our love for God and passionate about seeing our lives fulfil their potential in him.

Our culture is to be God-focussed and biblically based, and to be able to minister in the Holy Spirit. We love the freedom to be honest with each other and maintain a network of supportive relationships. Anyone can attend our conferences or training days, but joining and becoming a member of Destined to Win is by invitation only.

The idea for Destined to Win was formed in 2017 as part of the ministry of Keith and Tracey Dolding. A small group formed who heard from God and have ever since passionately protected the culture of being relational, even as the idea has expanded. We are made up of an increasing number of diverse individuals from different churches. Our collective heart is to benefit the church and see God’s kingdom come.
