A number of our members are church leaders. Where church leaders are members, churches can also become part of Destined to Win and receive ongoing support, encouragement and empowerment through the work of our apostolic team. This support can include helping organise church leadership structures and offering guidance on doctrine and church practice.

Accountability is essential for any model of governance to be effective and we can provide this for church leadership teams. Whilst leadership teams of member churches are accountable to us, our focus is on adopting an advisory and supportive role. Our apostolic team has experience in helping churches work through difficult times and whenever conflict occurs.

We understand that church members benefit from effective governance and feel supported through membership and the opportunity to participate in our conferences and events and be part of a wider Christian family. This can help bring a sense of cohesion to a church. Church members can benefit from the development of their leaders in Destined to Win.

A wide range of skills, areas of grace, and ministry gifts are represented in our membership, and we can offer help and support in a variety of areas of church life. We are committed to ministering to the particular needs of member churches. All help and support takes place on a relational basis as we are principally a relational network.

If a member church’s leadership team changes so that it no longer includes Destined to Win members, the membership of the church may need to be reviewed. This is because relationship is central to way we work.
