The Well Church

Rod and Elsa Carkett took on the role of pastoring The Well Church in Reading, in 2022 when Keith and Tracey felt the Lord moving them into a new season of ministry to build and establish Destined to Win (D2W). They lead alongside Tibs and Martha.

The Well church is located on an estate that appears in one of the lowest socio-economic communities in England. They have a vision to reach the marginalised and see his Kingdom established. To see broken lives healed and hope restored.

Keith and Tracey continue to be regular visitors to The Well, making the journey to fellowship and minister at least once a month and still feel very much at home and part of the family.
