Ifeatu Uzodinma

“He loves Jesus and follows Him everyday.” Ifeatu is from Nigeria, now living in the United Kingdom and engaged in doctoral research in behavioural and experimental economics at the University of Reading. One aspect of his work is in the area of family economics of vulnerable households, for example; refugees. This involves him undertaking field experiments in refugee settlements in Northern Uganda where he studies the dynamics of post-conflict intra-household allocation of available resources.

The experience of working with these vulnerable groups has led to important ministry opportunities for Ifeatu. He mentors those involved in various humanitarian enterprises in the area of financial, as well as more general business strategy. He has been successful in the past with the Boko Haram insurgency in the North-Eastern region of Nigeria as part of a project funded by the Office of the Vice President of Nigeria. He is now again involved in very similar work in Northern Uganda (this time not funded by any government). The work is through a business mentoring school project in Adjumani, Northern Uganda. The project seeks to solve the needs of the most vulnerable in society and will be working with Keith and others.

Chinyelu Uzodinma

Chinny is the mother of two lovely kids and the blessed wife of Ifeatu. She loves God and has lately sensed a strong unrest within her for a more purpose-driven life, than the mundane. Chinny was so thrilled to hear about Destined to Win (D2W). She has always yearned to be a part of God’s army that will deal the devil irrecoverable damage and advance God’s kingdom.

Chinny juggles family life with being an academic as an MRES student in Politics and International Studies; not an easy task but she is grateful for the opportunity. She feels very privileged to be in the midst of God’s people who are passionate about Him and His Kingdom. She is also looking forward to the fellowship and to be able to learn a lot at the same time.
