Pastoral Work

Much of what Destined to Win does relates to supporting leaders and our heart is to see the emotional and spiritual wellbeing of those in ministry increase. We are a relational network and work to build a culture that connects leaders with one another in long term friendships. Many leaders can feel isolated and overwhelmed by the challenges of ministry, which can often lead to God’s purposes in a persons life being unrealised. Our desire is to equip and encourage church and ministry leaders, so they can run the race of ministry without suffering burnout.

This budget is specifically to fund two members of our team to give 16 hours per month (8 Hours each) to pastoring the leaders within D2W. The aim will be to come alongside members in a supporting role when needed and requested. The budget will also fund any expenses incurred through travel to visit team members in a pastoral role.

Part time salaries for two pastoral workers: 8 hrs a month each at £15.50 per hour - Total per month £248

Total yearly budget for two part-time salaries £2,976

Expenses for travel and administration: £52 per month - £624 per annum

Total Budget: £3,600
